Why is craft brewing different than “Macro” brewing? What are the unique issues facing those choosing to brew craft beer? Some aspects of craft brewing can be helpful, some, not so much. This talk will discuss some of those issues, areas of concern in the brewery, monitoring techniques, and some ways to make use of the information garnered.
