Developing of Streptomyces as Super Host for Natural Product Overproduction

Many natural products or engineered unnatural nature products are very low yield, and it is the main reason for  investgation of the activity for those compounds. In the current drug precusor market, many compounds' titer and productivity are not ideal, we also want to improve on this. Recently, we have develop a super streptomyces host for natural procuct overproduction.
