When considering intellectual property in the biotechnology field, patents will often be the focus.  However, patents only have a limited lifespan, so what happens when your patent expires?  How do you protect the brand for a potentially multi-million dollar product?  This session will focus on non-patent aspects of intellectual property, such as trade marks and copyright, and how you can maximise the potential of your brand.
