Cell Line development: The conditions for E.coli, Pichia, CHO and Insect Cell lines need to be maintained at small scale and within fermentation. Data will be presented on techniques and technology that allow for mimicking large scale fermentation with non-controlled devices from 1mL-2.5L. All of these techniques are proven technologies for protein production, structural biology, and can lead to successful transfer from cell line development to bioprocess group.
Keywords: Cell Line Development, E.coli, Pichia, fermentation, CHO, Hek293.
