Development of novel enzymes using CodeEvolver® enzyme engineering technology

Advanced enzyme technologies enable the development of novel enzymes that are highly active under non-natural conditions. Novel enzymes have been used to perform reactions on non-natural targets in the presence of organic solvents. CodeEvolver^® enzyme engineering technology combines molecular modeling, automated high throughput screening and sequencing, and data mining algorithms for rapid development of custom enzymes that are orders of magnitude improved in performance. Applications of this technology to novel enzymes for efficient pharmaceutical manufacture will be presented.
