Kaiser Raman spectroscopy enables a method by which multiple bioprocess assays can be measured in situ to the bioprocess environment and the resulting measurements utilized for improved bioprocess control. This application, demonstrated to be very successful in a number of installations, has been streamlined using the Kaiser solution. These solutions leverage the objectives of the PAT initiative with the intent of QbD and allow novice users to seamlessly implement Raman-based methods. Included in this presentation will be an explanation of the technologies involved, highlight application successes and critical benefits that have been achieved.
