Ground Water and Surface Water - A Single Resource: Conjunctive Use

The importance of the relationship of surface and ground water are stressed with respect to meeting long-range municipal, industrial, agricultural, and rural resource requirements.  Surface and ground water protection and bioremediation are discussed in terms of state comprehensive water planning along with the relationships or quality and quantity.  The multifaceted approach to developing an Oklahoma’s comprehensive water plan is discussed.
