COSBIOS is a system enabling the user the run a continuous bioprocess on a shaker. One advantage is that several continuous bioprocesses can be carried out in parallel resulting in tremendous time savings. In former time the engineering basics of COSBIOS (e.g. independence of the filling volume regarding flow rate and aeration) were presented.

This poster focuses on application examples of COSBIOS. Especially the application field of plasmid stability testing will be shown using the strain Escherichia coli BL21. The data proof that COSBIOS is useful tool for the investigation of plasmid stability.
