The introduction of disposable bioreactors into a large-scale GMP manufacturing campaign presented several challenges.  Process robustness, facility fit, and vendor related items were addressed with introduction of disposable bioreactors into manufacturing. While hurdles were experienced, disposable bioreactors streamlined operations and generated robust data.
