*In order to provide timely acceptances to submitters, the abstract deadline will not be extended beyond December 15, 2009. SIM appreciates your cooperation.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Abstract length: 250 words.
• Poster spaces are limited. Please do not submit an abstract unless you are committed to attending the meeting and presenting. To be assured of a poster space after receiving an acceptance, each poster must have one author registered by the advanced registration deadline date of March 22, 2010.
• All posters displayed must have at least one author available to discuss the poster. This author can present only two posters within a single poster session, and present no more than a total of three posters in both poster sessions (i.e., a single author can present a maximum of 2 posters in one poster session and one 1 poster in the other poster session).
• For every manuscript submitted for review for the Proceedings, at least one author must be registered and attend the Symposium.
• Poster size is 4' x 4'.
