PLEASE NOTE:

• To provide proper planning for poster space, each poster must have one author registered to attend the Symposium before the end of pre-registration (April 4).
• All posters displayed must have at least one author available to discuss the poster. This author can present only two posters within a single poster session, and present no more than a total of three posters in both poster sessions (i.e., a single author can present a maximum of 2 posters in one poster session and one 1 poster in the other poster session).
• For every manuscript submitted for review for the Proceedings, at least one author must be registered and attend the Symposium.

• For 2009, limited hotel reimbursement is available for students and academics to defray a portion of the cost of hotel rooms at the InterContinental San Francisco. For more information please click here.
